Bandra Kurla complex is a planned commercial in the south of
Mumbai. it was established in order to decongest the areas of south Mumbai. It
has many commercial complexes and malls. Also many Indian as well as
international companies have their offices here. Bandra Kurla complex is also
famous for concert venues, the MMRDA grounds are the venue for such concerts.
Only 14 percent of the whole land of BKC is allocated for
residential purpose.
